At the Parlour we believe ice cream should be honest, tasty and fun!

That's why we only use the very best ice cream. It's made from creamy milk from happy cows.

We think it tastes rather yummy!

Visit our Mainsail Café in the courtyard where you can purchase scrumptious sandwiches, pasties, paninis, cakes & other snacks to eat in or take-away.

Right next to the Adventure Playground, here we will keep young adventurers fueled and loyal adults sustained!

Our pre-bookable party package menu is ideal for coach parties, organised groups and private functions. The restaurant seats up to 120 people and is also available for private evening hire.

Carsington Water is renowned for its variety of activities, shops, places to eat and things to see and do in general. It's also a great place to just come and get away from it all for a while.
Accessibility
The upstairs Mainsail restaurant can be accessed by a lift from the main entrance area. We will also endeavor to give you plenty of space around your table.

Disabled toilets are available upstairs and downstairs.
Changing Places facilities are in the courtyard of the Visitor Centre.
​
Most tracks around Carsington Water are surfaced and suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
​
Mobility scooters can be hired from the reception on the day.
